About Prescott Rodent Control Pros

We are a rodent control company for Prescott and the Quad Cities. We do one thing: get mice, rats and pack rats out of homes and businesses, and keep them out.

Our story

Why we started a rodents-only company

Prescott Rodent Control Pros started for a simple reason. Too many homeowners around Prescott were paying for monthly bait service and still hearing scratching in the walls every fall.

General pest companies often treat rodents like insects: put out bait, come back next month. That keeps numbers down for a while, but it rarely stops new rodents from getting in. Rodents are a building problem as much as an animal problem. They come in through gaps, and they keep coming until those gaps are closed.

So we built the company around that one job. Every visit starts with finding how rodents get in, and ends with sealing it, cleaning up and checking back until the home is clear.

Experience with Prescott’s rodents

Rodent problems in the Prescott area look different from those in Phoenix or Tucson. These are the animals we deal with most, and what we have learned about each.

House mice

The most common indoor rodent. They squeeze through gaps about the size of a dime and move in fast when nights turn cold in fall. Mouse control

Deer mice

Common in cabins, sheds and homes near open land. They can carry hantavirus, so droppings need careful cleanup, never sweeping. Attic cleanup

Pack rats

Also called woodrats. They build bulky nests under decks and in sheds, and chew wiring in parked cars and trucks. Pack rat removal

Roof rats

Climbers that live in attics and trees. Established in Arizona since the early 2000s, they are worth catching early. Roof rat control

We work in single-family homes, cabins, manufactured homes, rentals and HOA properties, and in restaurants, warehouses and managed properties. The approach is the same everywhere: find the way in, remove what is inside, seal it and confirm.

Our process

Four steps, from first call to a rodent-free home.

1. Inspect

We check from roofline to foundation, and inside the attic, garage and crawl space. What the inspection covers.

2. Written quote

You see every entry point we found, and get a written price before any work starts.

3. Remove and seal

We trap the rodents inside and close entry points with galvanized mesh, hardware cloth and metal flashing, not foam.

4. Clean up and follow up

We clean droppings and nesting safely, then come back to check traps until your home is clear.

Licensing and standards

Licensed, careful and by the book

Rodent control means working in attics, around kids and pets, and sometimes with rodenticides. These are the standards every job follows.

  • Arizona licensing. Structural pest control in Arizona is licensed by the Arizona Department of Agriculture, Pest Management Division. Ask for our license number before any work starts.
  • Label-directed products only. If bait is ever needed, it is used exactly as the EPA label directs, in locked, tamper-resistant stations and never loose inside your home.
  • CDC cleanup guidance. Droppings and nests are cleaned the way the CDC recommends for hantavirus: ventilate, soak with disinfectant, wipe up, never sweep or vacuum dry.
  • Written quotes and records. You get the price in writing before work starts, and a record of what we sealed and where traps were placed.

Who you will work with

A small local crew. You deal with the same people from the first call to the last follow-up visit.

Inspection technician

Walks the property with you, finds the entry points and explains what is going on in plain terms.

Exclusion crew

Seals the gaps with metal and mesh, fitted to hold up to Prescott winters and chewing.

Cleanup crew

Removes droppings, nests and damaged insulation, then disinfects the area safely.

Scheduling office

Answers your calls, books visits around your schedule and keeps you updated.

We look before we quote, and the inspection costs nothing.

Upfront pricing

A written quote before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.

Safe for kids and pets

Enclosed traps placed out of reach, and no loose poison inside your home.
